Exceptional implant care. Everyday possibilities.

Welcome to The Dental Implant Company

Your dental implant dentist in Green Bay

When your teeth make it difficult to eat comfortably or smile freely, finding a way forward should feel within reach. At The Dental Implant Company, full-arch dental implants offer a way to rebuild your smile and feel more like yourself again. We bring implant surgery, sedation, and your replacement teeth together in one Green Bay location, so you can get the care you need without coordinating separate offices. From your first conversation, you can expect honest recommendations, thoughtful answers to your questions, and a friendly team that gives you room to decide. Whether you're coming from Ashwaubenon, the Fox Valley, or farther across Northeast Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula, we're glad you're here.

Experienced care. An honest conversation.

Dr. Sam Schmidt

Dr. Sam Schmidt, founder of The Dental Implant Company, takes a personal approach to helping patients rebuild their smiles. He studied biology at the University of Wisconsin–Madison before earning his DDS at the University of Minnesota. Since beginning practice in 2012, he has placed more than 1,000 dental implants and gained extensive experience in IV sedation. When you meet with him, he'll take time to hear your story, understand what you hope to change, and talk through your options honestly. He wants you to feel heard, comfortable asking questions, and confident about your next step.

Meet Dr. Jinesh Shah

Dr. Jinesh Shah earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University in 2024 and has additional training in IV sedation, supporting our focus on patient comfort. At The Dental Implant Company, he works alongside a team dedicated to helping you explore implant care at a pace that feels comfortable. That starts with getting to know what matters to you and talking through your options in everyday language. You'll have room to ask questions, understand your treatment plan, and decide what feels right for you.

Friendly faces. Thoughtful care.

A full smile starts with the right fit

Single-tooth dental implants

A single dental implant replaces a missing tooth with a restoration designed to blend naturally with your smile and help you chew comfortably again. From planning your implant to placing your final restoration, our team will walk you through each step, answer your questions, and help you feel comfortable with the care ahead.

All-on-X full-arch dental implants

All-on-X dental implants replace an entire upper or lower set of teeth with a fixed restoration supported by multiple implants, helping you eat, speak, and smile with greater confidence. With implant surgery, sedation, and your replacement teeth provided in one location, you can move forward with a team that knows you and your treatment plan.

Implant-supported bridges

An implant-supported bridge replaces several missing teeth in a row with a fixed restoration anchored to dental implants. It helps restore a comfortable bite and a complete smile, so you can feel more confident eating, speaking, and smiling again.

Sedation dentistry

We offer IV moderate sedation to help you feel more relaxed during treatment, and it's included in our full-arch price. For non-full-arch cases, IV sedation is $400; a general anesthesia upgrade is $4,000, with the appropriate option determined after reviewing your health and treatment needs.

Thoughtfully planned around you

More confidence in your smile. More confidence in your care.

Replacing your teeth is a meaningful decision, and you deserve to understand the care, the cost, and the people behind it. We've built The Dental Implant Company around affordable treatment, modern technology, and honest conversations. Our goal is to help you feel informed and comfortable at every step, with your needs guiding the plan.

Transparent pricing, thoughtful guidance

Trust starts with knowing what to expect. At The Dental Implant Company, we believe you deserve honest answers about your care, including what it will cost and why we’re recommending it. We’ll walk you through your options and give you room to ask questions, so you can make a decision that feels right for you. Being open from the beginning is one way we help you feel comfortable with the people caring for your smile.

Your care, all under one roof

From extractions and bone grafting to implant placement and your replacement teeth, we provide the surgical and restorative portions of your treatment in one location. That means fewer offices to coordinate and a team that knows your plan.

Planned for teeth in a day

Our 3D imaging, digital scanners, and in-house 3D printers help us plan and create same-day replacement teeth for eligible full-arch patients. We'll explain whether this approach is right for you and what to expect during healing and follow-up care.

A consultation without the pressure

Your 45-minute consultation starts with a 3D scan and a conversation about your goals, followed by an exam when appropriate to determine whether treatment is a good fit. The $50 prepaid consultation fee is applied toward treatment and refunded if you're not a candidate, and the decision to move forward is yours.

Treatment clarity begins here

At The Dental Implant Company, we want you to feel comfortable with your care and confident in the decisions ahead. Being open about your treatment and its cost is part of how we build that trust.

Our full-arch pricing includes any needed extractions and IV moderate sedation, while single-implant pricing includes local anesthesia. If an extraction is needed for a single implant or implant-supported bridge, it has a separate fee that we’ll explain as part of your treatment plan.

Together, we’ll walk through the details and talk about what your treatment journey could look like. Financing is available through CareCredit, Proceed Finance, and Wisetack, subject to approval, and we’re happy to explore those options with you.

Real patients. Renewed smiles.

A new smile can feel easier to imagine when you see the possibilities for yourself.

Dr. Schmidt created a custom set of 3D-printed temporary teeth and secured them to five dental implants in a single day, giving the patient a fixed smile to wear during healing before receiving their final restoration.
